Winespace develops sales assist technology for wine sellers, allowing them to better advise customers during their wine purchases, better manage business and increase sales.
This 2 in 1 solution consists of:
– A digital advisor linked to the seller’s range of wines. This advice tool, reachable directly by consumers on their smartphone, guides them in their wine purchases (expert and personalized advice, educational approach, inspiring content on wines…).
– A web interface allowing sellers to follow and analyse customers’ expectations, optimize their activity (adequacy between consumers’ expectations and range of wines, anticipation of consumption trends…) and ultimately increase their sales.
